PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATIONS:
In 2003 the Committee adjourned Application D08-01-03/B-00175. The Owner is now
reactivating the 2003 application and has also filed an additional consent application. It
is proposed to subdivide the property into three separate parcels of land in order to
create two new lots for future development.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
