PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to convey a portion of their property to the abutting landowner to the
south, known municipally as 3721 Greenland Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed as shown Part 1 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application will
have frontage of 55 metres on Greenland Road to a depth of 375.02 metres and will
contain a lot area of 2.062 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will merge with the land
to the south known municipally as 3721 Greenland Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 360 metres on Greenland Road and will
c ontain a lot area of 87.2 hectares. This parcel is vacant and is known municipally as
3791 Greenland Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
