PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create a lot for residential purposes.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 240 metres on McLinton Road to an
irregular depth of 341 metres and will contain a lot area of 8.6 hectares. This parcel will
contain the existing dwelling and accessory buildings (12 sheds) and will be known
municipally as 8785 McLinton Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 680 metres on McLinton Road to a depth of
1,375 metres and will contain a lot area of 106 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will
be known municipally as 8795 McLinton Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
