PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create a separate lot for the agricultural land. The Owners will retain the farm
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have broken frontage of 615 metres on Parkway Road and
715 metres on Blackcreek Road to a depth of 785 metres on Boundary Road, and will
contain a lot area of 54.1 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally
as 9475 Parkway Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 115 metres on Parkway Road, to a depth
of 211 metres and will contain a lot area of 2.4 hectares. This parcel will contain the
existing detached dwelling, garage and barn and will be known municipally as 9391
The Application indicates the property is subject to an existing hydro easement along
THE APPLICATION further indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other
current applications under the Planning Act.
