PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to construct a 8.2 m x 7.59 m accessory structure (detached garage)
to the south-west corner of his property as shown on plans filed with the Application.
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Authority of the Committee for a Minor
Variance from the Zoning By-law to permit a reduced front yard setback for the
accessory structure (detached garage) of 5.51 metres whereas the By-law requires a
minimum front yard setback of 10 metres.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
application under the Planning Act.
