PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide his property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create one new lot.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed shown as Part 1 on a Draft 4R-plan submitted with the
application has frontage of 30.77 metres on Donnelly Drive to an irregular depth of
156.60 metres and contains a lot area of 5608 square metres. This parcel contains 2
detached dwellings and a boathouse and is known municipally as 2920 and 2922
The land to be retained shown as Parts 2, 3 and 4 on a 4R-Plan submitted with the
application has frontage of 42.42 metres on Donnelly Drive to an irregular depth of
156.60 metres and contains a lot area of 8300 square metres. This parcel contains a
boat repair shop and is known municipally as 2924 Donnelly Drive.
The Application indicates that the Property is subject to existing easements.
THE APPLICATION further indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other
current applications under the Planning Act.
