PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide her property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create one new residential lot for future development.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The severed land shown on a sketch filed with the application will have a frontage of 61
metres on Dunrobin Road to a depth of 137 metres and will contain a lot area of 0.8
hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally as 4151 Dunrobin Road.
The retained land also shown on the sketch filed with the application, will have frontage
of 247 metres on Dunrobin Road to an irregular depth and will contain a lot area of 19.6
hectares. This parcel is vacant and is known municipally as 4131 Dunrobin Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
