PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of its property to the abutting landowner to the
west (Part of Lot 27, Concession 1 Old Survey (Cumberland) being Part 1 on Plan 50R-
4957, save and except Part 2 on Plan 4R-17342, Ottawa [PIN 14526-0213 (LT)].
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be conveyed, shown as Part 1 on the Draft 4R-Plan filed with the
application, is landlocked to an irregular depth of 291.23 metres, and form part of a
future residential development will contain an area of 56534.4 square metres. This
vacant parcel is to be conveyed to owners of the land to the west.
The remaining land, shown as Part 2 on the Draft 4R-Plan submitted, will have a
frontage of 206.10 metres on Old Montreal Road to an irregular depth of 142.17 metres
and will contain an area of 20234.5 square metres. This vacant parcel is known
municipally as 1296 Old Montreal Road.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
appl ications under the Planning Act.
