PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner of 15 Crestway Drive, on behalf of “Movati Athletics”, wants to establish
sixty parking spaces in the Nepean Woods OC Transpo Park and Ride at 3311
Woodroffe Avenue in order to manage the parking overflow from 15 Crestway Drive.
In order to proceed, the Owner requires the Authority of the Committee for a Minor
V ariance to permit sixty parking spaces, serving 15 Crestway Drive, to be located at
3311 Woodroffe Avenue whereas the By-law states, in part, that all parking, queuing
and loading spaces and all driveways and aisles leading to those spaces must be
located on the same lot as the use or building for which they are provided, except where
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
appl ication under the Planning Act.
