PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land. One
parcel will contain the existing dwelling and the other parcel will contain a proposed two-
storey detached dwelling with a secondary dwelling unit in the basement.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed, shown as Part 2 on the Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application,
will have a frontage of 11.49 metres on Brampton Street, a depth of 22.38 metres and
will contain an area of 257.1 square metres. This parcel will contain the proposed
detached dwelling with a secondary dwelling unit, to be known municipally as 1399 &
1399 B Brampton Street.
The land to be retained, shown as Part 1 on said plan, will have a frontage of 16.65
metres on Brampton Street, a depth of 22.38 metres and will contain an area of 375.1
square metres. This parcel will contain the existing detached dwelling known
municipally as 1397 Brampton Street.
One of the proposed parcels of land, as well as the proposed detached dwelling with
secondary dwelling unit, will not be in conformity with the requirements of the Zoning
By-law and therefore, an Application for Minor Variances (D08-02-16/A-00295) has
been filed and will be heard concurrently with this application.
