PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to demolish her existing dwelling and subdivide the property into two
separate parcels of land. It is proposed to construct a new detached dwelling on each
of the newly created parcels.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

The lands to be severed, shown as Part 1 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application
will have a frontage of 18.56 metres on Kimberley Road, to an irregular depth of 47.58
metres and will contain an area of 784.4 square metres. This parcel will contain a
proposed detached dwelling which will be known municipally as 18B Kimberly Road.
The lands to be retained, shown as Part 2 on the plan submitted, will have a frontage of
18.48 metres on Kimberley Road, to an irregular depth of 45.69 metres and will contain
an area of 849.5 square metres. This parcel will contain a proposed detached dwelling
which will be known municipally as 18A Kimberley Road.
Approval of this application will have the effect of creating two separate parcels of land.
Both parcels as well as the proposed development on the parcels will not be in
conformity with the requirements of the Zoning By-law and therefore, Minor Variance
Applications (D08-02-16/A-00196 & D08-02-16/A-00197) have been filed and will be
heard concurrently with this application.
