PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to demolish a portion of its existing building and subdivide the
property into two separate parcels of land. One parcel will contain the existing “Meyers
Body and Paint Centre” and the other vacant parcel will contain a proposed car
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
T he land to be severed, shown as Parts 1, 2, 4 & 6 on a Draft 4R-Plan submitted with
the application will have frontages of 46.17 metres on West Hunt Club Road and 46.18
metres on Jamie Avenue, to a depth of 137.65 metres and will contain an area of
6357.6 square metres. This parcel will contain the proposed car dealership known
municipally as 394 West Hunt Club Road.
The land to be retained, shown as Parts 3, 5 & 7 on the plan submitted will have
f rontages of 39.72 metres on West Hunt Club Road and 46.18 metres on Jamie
Avenue, to a depth of 137.62 metres (Sunderland Street) and will contain an area of
6333.9 square metres. This parcel contains the existing “Meyers Body and Paint
Centre” known municipally as 30 Sunderland Street.
The application indicates that Part 2 is the subject of an existing right-of-way as set out
i n Inst. No. OC98614.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
