PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners wants to subdivide their property into two separate parcels of land in order
to create one new lot for future development.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owners require the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 55 metres on March Road to an irregular
depth and will contain a lot area of 1.33 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be
known municipally as 2895 March Road.
The land to be retained will have frontage of 33.47 metres on Rob Lytle’s Lane and
frontage of 214.42 metres on March Road to an irregular depth and will contain a lot
area of 10.3 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be known municipally as 2905

applications under the Planning Act.
