PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to convey a portion of its property to the abutting landowner to the
south-east known municipally as 1891 Robertson Road.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a
Conveyance. The land to be conveyed, shown as Parts 1, 2 & 3 on Plan 4R-14583 is
landlocked and will contain an area of 36211 square metres. This parcel contains an
existing industrial building known municipally as 1941 Robertson Road #2 which is to
be conveyed to 1891 Robertson Road.
The land to be retained, shown as Parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12 & 13 on Plan 5R-3809 save
and except Part 1 on Plan 5R-12044 will have a frontage of 14305 m on Robertson
Road to an irregular depth and will contain an area of 80986.8 square metres. This
parcel contains two existing industrial buildings known municipally as 1931 and 1935
The application indicates that the property is the subject of existing easements/rights-of
way as set out in Inst Nos. OC1741810, CR355957, CR491216, LT187672, CR408577,
CR435564, CR644375, CR506229 and NS31241.
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
