PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owners want to erect an accessory structure consisting of five, 9 and 12 metre
tall posts which will be used to suspend netting to protect from errant golf balls from
the adjoining golf course, as shown on plans filed with the Committee.
In order to proceed, the Owners require the Authority of the Committee for a Minor
variance from the Zoning By-law to permit an increased height for accessory structures
of 9 and 12 metres for the proposed posts whereas the By-law permits a maximum
height of 6 metres for an accessory structure.
The application indicates that the property is the subject of an existing easement as set
out in Inst. No. LT260887
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
application under the Planning Act.
