PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION:
The Owner wants to subdivide its property into two separate parcels of land in order to
create a lot for a surplus farm dwelling.
CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
In order to do this, the Owner requires the Consent of the Committee for a Conveyance.
The land to be severed will have frontage of 169.6 metres on Third Line Road to a
depth of 130 metres at its southerly boundary and will contain a lot area of 1.95
hectares. It is shown as Parts 1 and 2 on a Draft 4R-Plan filed with the application.
This parcel contains the existing dwelling and two accessory structures (a stable and
shed) and will be known municipally as 6096 Third Line Road North.
The land to be retained will be landlocked, to a depth of 885 metres, and will contain a
lot area of 16 hectares. This parcel is vacant and will be merged with the property to
the north, to be known municipally as 2162 Carsonby Road (P.I.N. 03906-0890).
THE APPLICATION indicates that the Property is not the subject of any other current
applications under the Planning Act.
