That the Built Heritage Sub-Committee recommend that Planning Committee recommend that Council issue a notice of intention to designate Cobble Cottage, 420 Kenwood Avenue as a property of cultural heritage value and interest under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act according to the Statement of Cultural Heritage Value, attached as Document 5.
